just wanted to wish everyone a happy and blessed Easter Sunday... :angel: :wave:

i will be celebrating my easter with family next weekend..... going home on thursday...... drive home Holy Thrusday, and lots of church during that timeframe.... :yes: :cool: (side note: i'll be coming down I-81 WITH MY AUNT FROM ALLENTOWN AREA; no accusations please!!!! :stupid: :furious: )

normal easter holiday for me? lets see..... (church services)

thursday night: 2 hours
friday afternoon: 1 hour
friday night: 2.5 hours
saturday night: 3.5 - 4 hours (starts at midnight)
sunday: 45 minutes (small service)

there is not to mention running around for my mom during that time too, getting stuff ready for the easter basket to be blessed by the priest.... i don't mind at all tho... :D

those are the ones that i normally go to.... :yes:

i have no voice, nor any sleep by the time all is said and done....

can't wait for the ham, kielbasa, paska (sweet bread) both plain and raisin, real butter, and not ot mention desserts!!! :banana:

I'll post pictures of the boys in suits a in couple of days. Easter Sunday here is church, egg hunting, lots of chocolate, eating ham.....trying to talk my prince into wearing a suit!!! (he did today!!!! :banana: )

The kids dye eggs on Saturday that I use for deviled eggs for dinner. They're only allowed to hunt plastic filled iones.... I hide a real one as a kid that I didn't find... my parents were unpleasantly surprised by a rotten egg hiden in their headboard about a week later!! P-U!!

well, found out that i will be making the drive home solo once again for easter..... :dunno:

my aunt is staying home now, not feeling so great, has jury duty (wtf???)...... oh well..... :selavie:

Little easter tradition I have with my better half. I rescue her a cute stuffed animal from a huge toy bin every year at easter. :D I have to sift through the less cute ones.

keilbasa, ham, beets and horseradish, mini creme horns, leg of lamb, stuffed cabbage, apricot torte....... what else.....

going to have a bit of everything once i get home.... for sure.... :banana: :jumping:
