so anyways, gimme a holler and if i posted this in the wrong place, oops.

Damn 6% tint, it's not that hot in Napa is it? Anyways both ur rides are hella tight, I was looking for a 5th gen Accord but they were too expensive. Good job on the Civic man, what's your plans for the Accord?. I'm in SF.
nah its not that hot out here but I commute to sac for work, and the leather interior had begun to crack on the beackseat headrests so i figured i better protect em.
On the accord i plan to put in a pretty good system, then ill see what i want to do from there.

Turbo Sleeper!!! There's that F22 2.2CL that's running 10PSI daily driven on stock internals, he's putting like 250HP at the wheels. You should do that haha. Keep the roof lookin like that too, then u can catch people hella off guard lol. How far is it from Napa to Sac? Dang hella long drive, must love your job.
i also forgot to mention its an auto so thats why im a bit slow on the engine mods.
Dad is bothering me to fix the roof even though it doesnt bother me. Its about 60 miles each way napa to sac ... sucks but there werent any jobs out here that were hiring. Im a call service representative, and hopefully i can move up cause right now the pay sucks. If i get a raise ill prob move to sac cause right now im still living with my rents.

Feel free. We probably won't be able to make it though. We take off a lot on the weekends, which when the likely timing would be. I might suggest in the Spring when the cars can be all sparkly & clean. It seems like everytime I wash mine another storm come through! I washed her Thursday & it rained again on Friday. Just enough to make those nasty water spots!
There's Benj in Daly City & Toohypper in Concord that I remember off hand. Also a batch in SoCal.
Have fun with it!!:D
toohyppers on here too? I know her from v6performance.net and went to her haloween party last year.

Look in the "who else is from NorCal" thread.

TooHypper (sp?) isn't in here too much but she has a few posts.
Princess I know how you feel about the storms, same thing here. I wash my car on Saturdays when it's not obvious that it's going to rain. And then it rains.
It'd be hard to get a meet though cuz we got members all over the place. Melt you're in Napa or Sac, I'm in SF, TooHypper is in Concord, and I can drag a few people from other forums but some are in the South Bay. We COULD meet at Sears Point but I have school on weekdays and the track is closed now anyway I think.
It would be cool if we could have a huge meet of West Coast Accord drivers just like the Prelude and Supra guys. The Prelude guys have a meeting in San Luis Obispo every June or something like that, and the Supra people meet in Vegas (dunno when). That's just not practical though.
i went to a meet v6p had back when i had my civic on the 13th and that was pretty crackin ... be nice to see more 4banger accords out there.
clubcivic.com has members from sac to the south bay and theres always a pretty decent turnout at meets. So i think we could have one.

Hi BB,
Toohypper hasn't been around much, but may respond to a message if something was planned.
It's cold & dreary today. I wish this time it would just go ahead & rain. Then it would warm up again! We had such a pretty weekend! Those 60's seem so far away right now! we're sitting in the 40's today.
Anyway, IF a meet gets out together I think warm, sunny weather would be a must. Cars look so pretty in the sunshine!!:D

What it's lousy weather in Concord?! I'm not even 3 miles from the coast and it's pretty sunny, damned nice weather all day!! Ahhh micro climates.

Antioch! We have a slightly different micro climate than Concord. It's foggy on different days, it's hotter in the Summer, and colder on Winter nights. The coast is usually warm & sunny when we have foggy days. We used to drag all the kids to the beach in Winter to thaw out! So later in the year when you're freezing your butt off, we'll be sittin' by the pool. OK, maybe you won't be freezing..... you'll be in the 60's & we'll be in the 80's!

My area is foggy in the summer but that's okay! I like fog (except when driving) and I hate hot! 80's is too much for me. I bake if I go to Vegas/Laughlin. It's so bright there that I was already wearing sunglasses and didn't realize it. It's so bright...don't go to Laughlin blah.

Have you lived in the Bay Area your whole life?

Me? No I came from Malaysia in August 1992. I've done a lot of traveling/vacation with my parents though :) I've been to most of the big cities west of the continental divide, plus NY/DC, Toronto, Buffalo, Ontario, Quebec, etc. Also been to Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand.

Wards, Bean or some of the other "southerners" could explain how it works... but in many places they have a heat index. That means that because of the high humidity it's hotter than the temp shows. When we went to FL it had a 110 heat index. It was in the 90's & raining.
That trip to PHX was awful! Even the locals were complaining! The rain drops were the size of quarters. Before & after the rain the sky puts on quite a light show! I loved the summer storms, but the heat was even too much for me!

Then you must have experienced some of the hot humid stuff! AND some really cold stuff too!
I'm freezing again today. It never made it out of the 40's again!

Darned nice sunroof weather here hehe. I've been in the hot and cold but never 117 degree rain lol. There was like 70-80 degree rain when we was in Yellowstone, that was nice.

Napa is a pretty area when it's not flooding! I got my toes frost bit up near lake Berryesa when I was a teen. We decided to visit a hill right after a snow on a whim. Didn't even bring a coat & my feet froze. Then I stupidly took off my shoes & stuck them right at the heater for the trip home. They ached for years when they got cold!! Luckily I didn't do any real damage & they stoppped being so sensitive after a few years! The doc just told me not to plan on moving to Alaska, but they'd be fine... & they are.:)
damn it musta been pretty cold
It hasnt snowed up at berryessa that i can remember for the last 2 years ... cause i remember ditching class both junior and senior year of high school to go check it out.
Anyways, they are doing some stupid flood control thing here which doesnt work and costs an extra cent on the dollar in sales tax whenever you buy anything so it sucks.

At least you haven't been paying extra tax for BART for 35 years & have yet to see it out here!!
Yeah it was COLD!! The first time my prince & got in trouble togther was a May trip to Berryessa when we were supposed to be at school. I was "Queen" at my school & was decrowned, it was too late though, the year books were already printed! We went to different schools & he was no longer allowed on our campus. No biggie. We'd cut on each of our classmates 18th birthday. We didn't get caught until the last one! (It was a small class, private school)
We don't use Berryessa for skiing. Too many jet skis now. We head to Hogans now.
yeah all this taxes shit gets old with a quickness
so whats the deal with the rest of this board? seems to be pretty dead.

The blacked out parts do look nice. Does it make a difference in the amount of light the bulbs produce?
nope just got back from the gas station. They are a bit more focused, and overall look a lot better

SWEET. I would love to black my heads but 1) my car is gold, wouldn't look that good and 2) I'm chicken to take the heads apart anyway.
