You have already posted this once under "cabin filter replacement" & received several responses, one of them from me. There is no reason to post the same question again especially since you have been given ample help including pictures in the first post.

If you have a 2004 Accord, as I do, the filter change out is exactly as shown... wires or not. It will take ten minutes tops if that.

I suggest you take a deep breath, print out the pictures, and go look again.

Asking the same question a third time will not change the answer!!!!!

I've got a question.. I'm getting an 01 EX Sedan, I have used the search and read just about every thread about the cabin air filter, i've seen numerous people mention changing it, but where is it actually at? Is it behind the glove box or behind the center dash vents? (I've heard both so im just trying to clarify) :)

Thanks!

I read my owners manual

I remember it saying something along the lines of "take it to your Honda Service Department fo replacement"

RTFM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you read the owners manual, all of the info you need to replace it is in there

That kind of crap doesn't cut it on this forum. Refrain from such in the future.

that's weird, checked the 04 manual, it says take it to the dealer, but I've read in the 03 the instructions on how to remove it DIY style

I just changed my cabin filter. Total time from the time I opened the glove box 'til I closed it....3min. including two photos. This is 3yrs. of accumulation. It was so easy, I think I'll do it again, only sooner. Dealer wanted $100 to install and $22 for the filter. I bought the filter and saved $100. This could be Honda's best kept secret.

 Definately change your filter much sooner than every three years! I changed mine at 12k already. There's already a lot of crud on the filter. It's cheap insurance for your own health! :D

The dealer probably charges 1 hour's labor and $40 for the filter. It's definately a DIY job. No tools required.
