I take the car back to get the pinstripe removed, and the wing spoiler installed tomorrow! I will try and post pics when I get her back :banana:

I have a black accord, LX 06. It has the brown pinstipe on it, how much does it cost to get removed?

Where are you getting it removed out? What kind of spoiler are you getting, and how much is the cost for that?

(Also where are you getting the spoiler put on)

Beware of the dealer.... they are some shiesty folks.

I got the pinstripe removal and spoiler negotiated in the cost of the car.

The dealer i bought at has all their ex v6s with the stripe, wheel locks, trunk tray, and mudflaps.

I negotiated to where I got that "Free" and then told them for me to sign the stripe would have to come off, so that was "free" too.

They wanted to charge me $700 for the wing spoiler, but I negotiated, and got it installed for $300.

The stripe came off and the wing went on a few weeks ago. I will post pictures when I can get my hands on a camera again.

Duncan21, if you want your pinstripe gone just peel it off yourself. It is very easy to do. Just go to the end of the stripe and pull it up with your fingernail and it will come right up. I took the pinstripe off of my Olds (which had been on for over a year) in 2 big pieces (one on each side of the car).

Also, if it's not very warm out, you might want to use a hair dryer. Get an extension cord, drag it out to the drive way, and warm the stripe up as you peel it. This is also helpful when taking dealer advertising vinyl lettering off the trunk. :yes:
