Germain honda

Sold me a hurricane damaged used car. 2004 Accord LX , 14500 miles. Would not repair it or refund my money. Brought it to me at night so I could not see the damage. The car was certified so I did not expect anything was wrong. Most of the car has been repainted and a very poor job. American Honda has been no help either. I'm 50 and this is the first car that I got screwed really bad on. Local Honda dealer said 5-6k to repair. Just a heads up- stay away from this dealer.

Sorry about the good ol' screw job nomad ( :puke: germain honda). Like everyone has stated, you should get a lawyer. Since they claimed it was a certified car, I hope that you will get your money back. I am routeing for you! :yes:

Where are you located? Check lemon laws! Threaten to sue or report this to Better business beaureu, theres a good chance that they might get scared and refund everything.
