Looking at several online auto parts stores and they all have several different brands of brake pads. Japan, PBR, Akebono and NPN are listed. Which ones will be the best to use for an 05 Accord? Thanks.

I haven't heard any negatives about Hawk pads but I've no personal experience with them.

I am sure that several if not all of them a really good quality. No personel experience with any of the above.
I have always been quite happy with the Honda OE pads and have not needed to replace or machine rotors in almost 140k miles

honda brakes and tires is where they suck, IMHO

as soon as the OEM brakes, rotors and tires were gone, it was a different beast.

I love my Hawk's in all four corners, way worth not having the OEM's
