Hi, I have 05 accord 5MT. i was driving my accord today without my radio on and i notice that my clutch pedal makes this squeaky noise, especially when i release it slowly. I know it's probablynothing major, it just needs to by lubricated. but here is my question you think it would be hard to lubricate clutch pedal or should i take it to dealer? My car is still in warranty so i guess dealer would not charge my for this. If i had to lubricate clutch myself, what should i use?..W40??? Thank you :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy

Look in the factory direct section (I think) for a TSB princess uploaded for this problem, I have an 05 with the same problem before. They replaced the clutch master cylinder, they must have been using some defective part before :dunno: . Before you take it to them there's a simple diagnostic in it. Get a friend to depress the clutch (car off) and hold the clutch line near the master and then near the slave cylinder. If the squeeking stops, or if you feel vibrations in the line the master cylinder spring is scraping the sides of the cylinder. New one with properly lubricated O-ring will fix this.
Good luck
