the guy who installed my alarm in the old car moved away. the shop recommended a replacement fella, but the quote i'm getting from him is slightly higher than what a friend is getting in NYC (though the guy does seem friendly and helpful; said he gives all customers his cell number, and if something goes wrong with the alarm, to call him day or night so that he can help you fix it over the phone).
i'd like to get more price quotes, but i'm NOT going to install an alarm at a shop i found in a phone book....
if someone here had their alarm done in eastern MA (preferrably greater boston area), please let me know the shops/techs you liked and the ones i should stay away from.
