2000 accord lx 4cyl Automatic Transmission question

I have a 2000 accord lx 4cyl w/automatic transmission..I need to change the tranny fluid. Im curious if there is a filter or if i could just drain and refill 3 times for a good flush???

There is a non-serviceable internal screen. You don't have to "drop the pan" like you do on the Big Three. You simply drain & refill. What intervals are you doing this?
Instead of flush & refill 3 times at one service, I would break up the service intervals by 1/3 & only drain & refill once per service.
How many miles do you have on this car?

My car has 70,000 I bought it 1 year ago with 34,000 miles...I know, Ive slapped myself!!! But I change oil every 3,000 miles, and am going to from now on, drain and fill every fifth oil change....If that sounds like a good system of course?!?
