Dent on upper A pillar

I found a dent tonight on the upper A pillar above the passenger door. I just got a 2006 Accord Coupe LX a week ago. There is not signs of scratches or paint chip. I'm hoping the dealer will honor it. When I picked it up the detail was terrible. What is your experience?

Now, that dent is gonna be hard to solve. Since you didn't see it when you picked up the vehicle, they are going to say it happend after you took ownership. Now, if they are really good, than maybe they will fix it. I know the Acura dealership around here will fix that stuff b/c they have a return policy. I would ask them nicely and see what happends.

Unfortunatly, they have the right to say no. This is why it is very imporant that you spend a good hour checking everything before you sign the papers. It's hard because you want to play w/ your new car, but if you take this time, you will have a much better car ownerhsip experience.

I did looked it over as good as I could. They did a terrible job on the detail and they had it parked under the canopy, so the light wasn't so great. I know they can say no, but they have been very accomodating so far. I also used to work for their Acura store as a Service Advisor. They are normally very loyal. I will try and get some pics tonight. It's very minor, and you have to be at the right angle to see it. I'm just very anal about my cars. If they say no, I will save up and fix it, but I want to add tint first.
