HEPA filter in 04

I am wondering if the 04 Accord EX V6 has a HEPA filter because the brocher does not list it. If it does can a backyard mechanic(me) change it?

I have been searching online for a HOW-TO for how to replace this, so far no love .. anyone have a URL pointer to a page/site that shows how to do this? Does the Chilton's manual for the accord cover this?
