Does the Hybrid's taillights fit directly to the sedan? I like the clear signal as opposed to the all red taillight. So would this fit???

i'm 99% sure it will fit. i also like that design better, but to access it, you have to take off the bumper, and i have no one to help me, so i haven't changed out the lights

it's the exact same car, of course it would fit.

I prefer all red though, it's look more symmetrical having them all red to go along with the wide red 3rd brake light on the trunk lid. The clear hybrid one also has the yellow turn signal lense inside which takes away from the clear look, so you would have to bust that out somehow to make it look better, IMO.

05 taillights don't fit on the 04 trunklid AFAIK...neither does the 01-02 fit on the 98-00.

^well those years you listed, the lights were tweaked to look a little different from the other years (same body style though).....correct? But why don't they fit, different mounting points or something?

Well these lights are the same exact year (06 hybrid vs. 06 regular), I'm guessing they should fit?

Someone said the 04-05 was a gasket problem but nobody ever got the guts to go and try it. I'm 99.9% sure they don't fit because a guy at church has a 03 Accord DX with all red outers but the trunk lid is still red/clear

01-02...dunno I just know at one point I wanted to do it and the consensus among a lot of members was that it's not doable...so I didn't try.

Maybe ask moistener, I know he wanted to do it but the cost was too expensive...maybe he knows for sure that they fit.
