97 Stock cat and stock headers

Ok well I just bought my new exhaust for my car and i need to know if the 2.5'' inch piping will bolt up to my stock cat or will i need to get a new one. And if i get a new cat what is the outlet for stock headers.(I believe its a 2.25 outlet for headers but im not sure) So any help will help thanks.

I couldn't find the specs..... but I did find the break down. Maybe somehow it can hep you figure it out.

You also may be able to call the parts dept of a dealer & se if they can look it up or maybe a muffler shop.... :dunno:
