Yes, i got another one.

I gave my 89 Camry LE, to my stepsister, shes going through a rough time, and i thought i could help her out (she has a 05 sentra spec-v that is in her boyfriends name, and he takes it away from her when she doesnt do as he wants.)-- Which the camry has over 180k and still running strong.. needs new motor mounts though.. :dunno:

So..

This little old lady who is in a retirement community, traded in this great condition (looks better in person) 95 Chevy Lumina LS,
It has leather (more like pleather), power everything, incl-seat, tape player, keyless entry, the little old school chip in the key, alloys, michelin tires, you name it, except for the sunroof, it has it!
75k original miles, she traded it on a new ES350, My price.. lol...

I payed $900!!!! GO ME!

I originally bought it for my winter beater, and to garage the Jetta, esp since ive put 12k miles on it since june 30th, but... Someone at my parents office offered me $2,600 so i think i might take it and make some money..

Also to let you all know, i got a promotion, so im making quite a bit more money now (i also work at night at circuit city, and on the weekends) So, ive decided next summer.. Im going to trade, and possibly come back to the light..
Either, a new 4Runner, Sport Edition v8- (lease, we get great lease rates as cert) , a TSX (also employee disc.) or an Audi a4... i know i know.. a little off.. Oh well..

My lease on a new 4Runner, with everything would be about $360 a month for 3 years.. Hmm... makes me think.. I want a "Shadow mica" one..

Nice car - actually, the Lumina wasn't a bad vehicle - good power and it handled pretty well. But I'll be honest that I've never seen one with Leather interior before. Does it have ABS? I almost bought a used one for my son several years ago, and was shocked to see a GM car without ABS.....

Yeah, it has abs too, and when you hit the brakes hard enough for the abs to kick in a light comes on that says (low trac) on the dash lol..

Yeah, ive only seen like 3 luminas ever with Leather, but two of them were the LTZ's that they had avail, from 97+

I like it, it really does handle well for what it is, it floats down the highway, its been up to 105 so far lol, it'll work for a little while, unless i sell it..

I want a older like 94ish cutlass supreme conv. but thats not the ideal winter car

Be careful what you wish for. The first car I helped my son get was a 93 Cutlass coupe that a neighbor was selling. That car had the worst brakes (4 wheel disc, no less), the suspension was awful, and the body integrity was really bad - and this was a 1-owner with only 75k on the clock. The Lumina (for some reason) is much different....

Nice find Wes. I used to drive a 96 monte carlo which had all the options but a sunroof and my sister had a 95 lumina. I drove mine about 55K miles and only put tires and front brakes on it. My sister put about 100K miles on hers and only did tires and brakes on hers too.

Those cutlass convertibles are nice but you want one with the 3.1 (the 3.4 is very unreliable) and the updated interior (95 model year) so the best year to have the convertible is 95.

My first car was an 88 Cutlass, which I believe was the first year of that body design. That was a good 'little' car and peppy enough with the 2.8 V6. I did notice, however, that the newer versions of that same car (such as the 93-96) didn't seem to be as well put together. Tacking on all of that body cladding didn't help either, as it tends not to want to stay attached to the car. As Jermy stated above, avoid the 3.4 DOHC V6 engine at all costs. They were mechanical/electrical nightmares. My '88 still felt relatively solid and the exterior/interior held up great. All of the digital displays and electronic gizmos still worked flawlessly. I personally liked my interior better than the 95+ models, but to each their own.

The Luminas have a pretty good track record as well, just be cautious about the intake manifold plenum on that 3.1.
