I don't know if anyone else has this problem, and I'm not even sure it's a problem (it may be normal), but each time I turn on the AC/heater, there is a slight vibration/noise coming from the engine, I can definitely feel it on the steering wheel, then the engine fans kick in. Is it a bad alternator/some relays. Vibrations from brand new 2004's 4 cylinder Honda engine.... is normal? Dealer says "is normal for 4 cylinders"   My first Honda, and I'm losing sleep over this. Any feedback, please???

This is quite possibly a normal occurance... You may notice vibrations more than others... I notice High Freq noises more than other people..
Your A/C condenser fan should kick on every time you turn on A/C or Defrost(Whenever the compressor kicks in basically).. Your engine cooling fan is usually set to come on at 180-200 deg and cycle as needed...
Each vehicle manufactured has it's own feel... I have noticed over the years that Honda always has the tendency to give the driver more feedback than others(Sportier feel compared to the likes of Toyota, Nissan...)
? What kind of vehicle did you drive before getting you new Accord?
When you made complaint to dealer did they write up and give you a copy of service order ?

You may go to another dealer and test drive the same car...
Year/Model and Trim levels have to be the same and see if you notice.... If not , Go back to your dealer and see salesman and test drive one there also..... If you have the same results and do not notice vibration then address the issue "Calmly" w/Service Mgr... and explain your concerns.... Test drive vehicle with Him/Her and demonstrate the vibration....
This is one of those hard to diagnose issues.
You have to realize that the Service people @ any shop are not clairvoyant and the more info you can give them the more willing they are to help you!!!
Try this and let us know!!!!

Hope this helps
