Help!!

I keep getting messages that my Private message box is full, yet all has been deleted! Any suggestions on what's happening? Is there an empty the trash step that I'm missing here??:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

click my profile -- click private messages --- click folder --- you should be able to make a new folder then move or highlight and click delete........ See if that works......:)

There's just empty folders. When it said it was full there were just 2 messages & now they're deleted. It used to hold a couple dozen, then it started only holding 5 or 6, & now 2 was too full. I thought maybe there's another step after delete that I'm missing to really empty it.

I think I figured it out! I'd been really good about clearing out messages, but didn't realize the outgoing also needed to be cleared! So now that's all empty too.....

I don't intentionally save anything in the PM area.

Now I'll know when another batch of PM's come in.......

Yeah! I was sort of lost without it. I used to get a bunch when the site was messed up & I couldn't post the info. It has slowed down, but the idea of not being able to help someone was driving me CRAZY!!!:bawling:
