As everybody probably knows 03's gotta huge problem with the radio display burning out.
I have called my local dealer they wanted 1k do fix it (out of their freaking mind). Well the good news i took my car to replace a control module and they contacted honda for me in regards to the radio. I am proud to say that Honda WILL replace the radio at no charge what so ever the only thing I'm pissed about they took my freaking cd's w/my radio lol. Dealer told me they will replace all broken units all you need to do is take the car to a local dealer get it inspected call honda US fax the report and done deal took about 2h I had a brand new radio.
I'm so excited I can actually see my display.
Ps.
Dealership put a crack in my windshield when the car was there and tried to tell me it was there I didn't notice it give me a break how do you not notice a bigass crack in front of you. Spoke with store manager they will replace it no problem no charge.

POMPANO HONDA RULES.

POMPANO HONDA RULES.

This dealership first wanted $1000 to fix your radio unit, then does it for free. But in doing so, they crack your windshield and then fix that at no cost too.

So do you actually like this dealership or not? Seems like they're sending more than one mixed message.

Sorry I didn't make that very clear,
When I first got the car I called not knowing there was an issue and gotta quote on fixing it. It wasn't untill I actually took the car in for other repair that they offered to contact honda and tried to get it taken care of which they did. They did crack my windshield but accidents happend can't hate them for that they will fix it so no big deal. So yeah I like the fact I didn't need to flipout to get the windshield fixed and they dodn't have to contact honda for the radio but the did so yes I like the dealership.

But remember to take out your CDs.... you may never see them again!!

When I was at work with my prince last time an Ody needed a new unit. She'd asked for her CD back that wouldn't come out. The ONLY way would have been to totally dismantle the unit, which would've meant it couldn't be turned in fior warranty. They made a note to be sent with the unit.... but I seriously doubt if she'll get it back.

Congratulations of having a cooperative dealer!!! Sorry to hear about the window though......

Funny you say that I lost my cd's and I'm pretty sure I will never see them again.
