Maintenance needed

I recently had my car serviced and prior to the maintenance needed color thing was red, they resetted it back to green. Yesterday it went back to yellow and it wasn't that long since it went back to green. What does it mean?

What make, model, year, milage, etc, etc, is your car? , :dunno:

it is a 1997 Accord SE 220000+ miles on it 2.2L non vtec

They change color every 7,500 miles. They might not have pushed it in fulley to reset it.
