Im looking for a suggestion for a cold air intake. I drive an Accord, ofcourse, and its a 95.

im looking for, mmmm, $300 or less but still have further questions. Is it necessary to buy an AEM intake and use the bypass valve to keep water and such from entering the engine, if not what other intakes should i look at? Can you please suggest an intake from personal expierence or anything like that?

First post,
Thanks :)

"5speednewbie" = assume 4cyl...

If you don't drive across deep water a lot (ie. you are not the idiot who tries to cross the lake that has 3 other dead cars in it) then you will be okay without a bypass valve...just be careful. A little water won't do it any harm. There are a lot of generic CAI's on eBay, Injen and Fujita are good companies too along with AEM.

5 speed on a '95 Accord would have to be a 4-banger. :thmsup:

Yea, I would go for Injen or Fujita if I'm not getting AEM's, U can for sure try K&N too, but cost a bit more...and it depends on what kinda intake are u getting, a short ram or a cold air?
