Maybe this topic's been posted on other forums, but let's just concentrate on our car (The Accord) here, since it's THE best car in the world, so naturally, we spend more time listening to music in there than anywhere else, right? But, I have a CD with the following sample of the (what I'd consider) top 20 adrenaline-pumping, ear-busting, bass-thumping mixed American songs (mostly hip-hop, rap, and hard rock) that are all appropriate (that is, fit the mood) for zipping through the highway, or cruising through the streets. Please feel free to contribute yours, or comment on my list. Thank you.

1. Highway Star (Deep Purple)
2. The Enemy (Godsmack)
3. Eye of the Tiger (Survivor)
4. Hotel California, Live version (The Eagles)
5. Highway To Hell (AC/DC)
6. Radar Love (Golden Earring)
7. 99 Red Balloons (both Nena's & Goldfinger's versions)
8. Let The Bodies Hit the Floor (Drowning Pool)
9. Fire It Up (BLS)
10. Another One Bites the Dust (Queen)
-----------
11. Ridin' Rims (Dem Franchise Boys)
12. Chain Hang Low (Jibbs)
13. Beat Street Breakdown (Gr. Master Flash)
14. The Message (Gr. Master Flash)
15. In Da Club (50 cents)
16. Friends (Whodini)
17. Hypnotize (Biggie Smalls)
18. Side 2 Side (3-6 Mafia, Project Pat, and Bow Wow)
19. Chevy Ridin' High (Rick Ross & Dre) - even tho' it's about Chevy, it's bass
is just deafening...I can't ignore this one
20. Naggin' (Ying Yang Twins)

Freak,
What do you have hooked up?

Oh and my favorite thing to bump (right now) is "It's goin' down" by Yung Joc. I couldn't post it in the other thread since it's not in my CD changer right now.

Edit - I was wrong after looking through the Ipod, best song to bump is "Smoke weed" by Khmer Kid. It's something I found on limewire, it's a song some guy made in his basement. You can't really understand him because the mic quality is low and crappy, but the bass is low, hard, and smooth. It's funny though because you only hear "smoke weed" once and the rest is about how he's Cambodian and a gangster.

I'm not really a big a big rap guy, but for some reason, my Infinity speakers sound fantastic when I pump some rap/hiphop stuff through them. Even though I probably look a little silly, I can't help but turn up the volume when my mp3 player shuffle brings up something like Jay-Z's "Money Ain't a Thing" or "Jigga (That *****)."

Now I've just got to get some window tint so nobody can see what a nerdy white dude I am. :lmao:

Well, you can still post in the other thread and revive it. If previous posters songs changed and they wanted to post, they would see it under recent posts and then be able to post.

To the OP I'm not bashing on you or anything for posting this thread since I realize you would have had no way to know that the other thread existed
