Hey guys,

I checked out the 7th gen FAQ to get some part #s I went and bought a Air Cleaner, in cabin air filter, and a AT filter to go and change the AT fluid.

I went and replaced the in cabin air filter no problem. When I went to replace the air cleaner under the hood the part did not fit at all. The filter was short and had extra plastics but the part # did match from the old and new filter. There was no way that the new filter could of fit.

I bought the parts at http://www.hondapartsdeals.com part # 17220-RAA-A00 which all of the sites show as a ELEMENT, AIR CLEANER . Enclosed are the crappy pics with my camera phone.

Also I bought the Automatic Transmssion filter, can someone confirm that it will fit in my accord the part # in the 7th gen FAQ comes up with the element ATF in many part sites.
part# 25450-RAY-003

The enclosed pics are the new air filter.

I just did mine this weekend (cabin and regular air filter), it looks like what I used, but I have a four cylinder. That is exacltly what mine looked like so on the four cylider it should fit, I would think. I had a bitch of a time trying to get mine open, only works if you open it from the fender side, but after I figured that out, it worked fine, Do you have a pic of the old and new together? I am thinking the 6cyl model is different.

It's very weird that they are the same part number yet they are different...but what I've found is that the I4 uses the RAA part # and the V6 uses a RCA part #. I don't know how I missed this when I was writing the FAQ :dunno: It's going to be updated right now. Sorry for the mistake :(
