Why don't I see any Accord on here with universal fog light kits? I see a lot listed on eBay for <$50. Are they crap?

what type of kits are you talking about? the ones that would mount in the stock location or the ones that mount on the inside lower part of the grill?


i would say the reasons would be that ppl are happy with the stock fogs, and that this site isnt as "mod-oriented" as the others...someone on gen7acccord just recently modded his bumper to put rdx fog lights in and someone else is using the stock fog light housings with a "universal fog light kit"

You can also get the knockoff OEM fog lights for <$50. I've heard of some people buying them and having no problems, but some have had problems with the wiring being inverted. I think it's a gamble I would take, as opposed to spending over $200 from Honda.

I was looking at the one on eBay that were oem looking for me 06 coupe but I wanted to do it my self so I ended up getting the Honda ones. I got them about 2 weeks ago and the install was not too had but took a long time maybe because it was could out. But you can do it with just a little know how. I am in no means some one that knows a ton about cars but I did it and they look really good and the dealer is a rip off charging me over 250 to install. you never know what you are going to get so if you are going to do it do it right. i got the fog light kit at barnardi honda parts online for around 230 and they ship fast!
