Hey guys figured id make a profile on here since I just saw this part of the forum.
Ill start with the basics:
Real Name: Mike
Ride: 2004 Accord EX
Color: Blue
Engine: I4
Tranny: 5AT
Location: New York
Occupation: Student, Detailer

Im 18, going to turn 19 soon, my dad had the car since 2004 till now, and then he bought out the lease and now its my car for school. We stil share it untill he gets his car after the winter passes. Im very much so into detailing, cant do much right now though with the cold weather in NY, only get to wash it once in a while, havent fully detailed it since right before it got cold. This forum is great, very laid back and I never see any arguments. Very supportative members too. Thanks guys.

If I'm doing a full detail, I'll use PB SSR2 or 1 (depending on swirlls), seal with Klasse AIO and top with S100. Thats my favorite combo, but their are others.

My entire process, if you're intrested:

Wash (Any car wash will do)
Rinse
Clay (I like Sonus clay)
Clean/Wipe down with a 50/50 mix of Iso Alcohol and H2O
SSR2 or 1 applied with a PC and an Orange Sonus pad, wiped off with an MF towel
Clean/Wipe down with a 50/50 mix of Iso Alcohol and H2O
Klasse AIO applied with a PC and a Blue Sonus pad, wiped off with an MF towel
S100 applied with a PC and a Grey Sonus pad, wiped off with an MF towel

I never heard of using a water and alcohol wipe down. Im guessing after the swirll remover its to get any dusting off?

I also use AIO sometimes and I always use P21S, which is pretty much S100.

Im guessing alcohol because it evaporates quicker leaving no water stains

Yes, it gets the dusting off and leaves the surface as clean as possible before and after polishing, so whatever sealant you put down sticks like glue.

Nice I may have to try that next time.
