06 bumper removal

hey, i was just wondering if princess, or anyone, has a diagram for removing the bumper on 06 models? i found a DIY for the 03 model on the web, but it's considerably different than the 06, esp since im a noob :notworthy

rear or front bumper? for the front, just look through the 2006 Instructions part of the site and look for the foglight installation. I think how to remove the bumper is in that. Not sure though.

For the rear bumper, there's a DIY on cardomain somewhere. It's for an 03, but the process is the same.

here's a link to a diy for the rear bumper. using these instructions is the same for rear bumper, i used them when i installed taillights.

do be careful when you're removing the rear bumper. those clips are sensitive, but its not a hard tug either. so it comes off somewhat easily, so be careful not to drop it and scratch the paint.

i'm removing my bumper because i wanna take a crack at clearing my headlights.
how exactly do i unhook those "hooks" near the bottom of the headlights? when i was doing my CAI my bumper seemed to be super glued to part of the lights..
