Hi, I have a 2003 ex v6 accord, I just noticed that when i roll down front windows (powered), I can hear a noise, it sounds like something is rolling inside the door panel. However, the same noise doesn't happen when I roll up the windows.... is this a problem?

Has it been there since day one? Do the other windows do the same thing?

Check & see if each one sounds the same by sitting in each seat while rolling the window down then up. Compare the sounds. If the driver's door sounds a lot different or louder, then I'd have it checked out. There could be a part that's come loose inside.
Ideally this should be done with the car off. That would make it a 2 person operation though. Someone to keep starting & turning it off....(so you don't have to climb over seats!) It would make it quieter to hear the noises, if any, from the other windows.
None of them are dead silent. The motor inside the driver's door is normally a bit louder than the rest. You should hear a tiny click as you use the control & a hum as it moves.
Let us know.....
I hear the same thing, kinda like a light crunching sound, drivers window

Welcome jogo! Another suggestion to see how "normal" or not the sound is to go to a dealer & and roll down windows in the ones on the lot. This could be a sound they just all make or yours may have a defect.
