I put paint protection film, aka clear bra, on my Ody last year. When I got my Accord, I ordered a kit from Invinca-Shield for it. They are offering a 20% discount right now, so I picked added the pieces to protect the flat face of the bumper.

Anyway, the hood and fender pieces went on well because they aren't too complicated. The bumper pieces went badly. They are big because they start at the front whell well and end at the middle of the bumper, behind the license plate. The pieces split to accomodate the openings in the bumper, and they need to align perfectly.

Long story short, I butchered the job on the bumper. I recommend professional application if you ever want more than the hood done.

I'll post pics after I wax the car so you can see what I mean.

I used a similar product a few years ago called ston-gard (www.ston-gard.com) .I did the hood, rear view mirrors, windshield trim and door edges myself, gave the new owner the sheet for the bumper. Anyway, they have close-outs on a lot of stuff now, thinking about getting the kit for the "new" 01 Accord.

Don't know about the film, I got T-boned in an intersection and the vehicle was totaled.
