Did you ever get an accord meet together? i read a post that was dated a couple years ago.. but im looking to meet with other accords to see whats out there. yea, amd. you know, you have honda and toyota. in the tech industry, you have intel and amd =p.

anything around $500 is good.

Should have something like an intel T5400 series CPU in it. If you go AMD, don't ask me because i'm WAY outta the loop with their products, lol.

what kind of videos are you trying to stream? if it's HD content, such as a video intended for 1080p or even 720p, your laptop won't be able to cut it as it doesn't have the appropriate technology included in order for smooth performance. i'm sure if you were to use a new laptop/computer with all of the appropriate components, you will definitely see a difference in video performance even compared to when you were giving your laptop an 8.

what you have in there...unless it's been modified at some later point in time...is

CPU: pIII 1Ghz
RAM: 256MB SDR (512MB max support)
HDD: 40GB ATA
GFX: ATI Mobility 16MB

any laptop computer today purchased at a best buy (or similar) for $500 will run circles around what you have. if you get anything faster, it will be that much better than what you currently have.

what kind of processor is it again?

what are the specs of your laptop? if you don't know the specs, what is the model of your laptop? that way, i can look it up and see what's "under the hood" so to speak.
