Post Double-Din dash?

Is there any proper double-din kits for the 7th gen accord? I've searched a couple online but they are all made in China and people gave bad reviews how they rip u off and dont give your money back. Is the Metra Single-Din Kit proper if anyone has them? There was a bad review about the Metra Kit too but what would you rather choose the made in china double din or the metra kit single din with a motorized touch screen deck?

Good choice in not buying the China models. I'm guessing you don't have NAV? I'm not sure there is a double-din kit for the dash since I don't think it's that size. Check out www.crutchfield.com as they have some new kits that might work.

Also, do a search of the forums here (hate to be the one telling you to "search it's been discussed") but there are a few threads about mounting in the cubby below the stereo and there are also several threads on some great DIY'ers making their own.

I installed my double-din in the lower pocket. had to get the mp3 player bracket from Honda and the wire harness from best buy metra kit, I only used the wire harness from the kit as it was cheaper then.

for the top one, ive heard that the single-din for the top is not that great as it has aftermarket climate controls, but i havent used it.

the bottom is much better in my opinion, keeps stock look at the top, controls still light up, the power is split to the bottom and speaker wires are just rerouted to the bottom deck.

there are many many treads to this, one I updated myself a few days ago.
