1987 Honda Accord EX-I Auto ECU Computer

I have a 1987 Honda Accord with fuel injection and an automatic transmission.Recently,the ECU computer under the drivers seat started creating some problems and the dealer replaced it with a loaner until I can find one.The original part number was 37820-PJO-746 and although there are some available out there,no one,the dealer included can tell me what the differences in the part numbers for an automatic and a standard transmission are and some of the sellers out there are not sure themselves.Does anyone on the Accord Forum know what the corect part number is and how do I go about purchasing the right one for my Accord.
