Tried the Econ Button Today in a V6

Average speed 65-70 mph
Tires 34 psi all around
44 degrees
Little to no wind
Highway commute with some hills
Fresh tank of Chevron

42 mpg!!!!!!

I was surprised but happy! I will post pics later when I get home. I did not change my driving style at all so this is great news. Of course this wont always be the norm but its still good to know you can achieve great gas mileage of you need to save some money at the pump.

How far was your commute? Pretty damn impressive for a 6, I thought I did good on a 220 mi. trip with I4 and got 37.6

Are you relying on the car's trip computer for this analysis? I've found that the trip computer inflates mpg immediately after filling up the tank.

The cars trip computer is only 1.5 mpg off. I filled up last night car computer said 32.8 mpg , fuelly said 31.4 mpg.

My trip was 140 miles, picture was taken as I exited the freeway. I'll be taking the same trip back this after noon with more traffic so I'm sure Ill see a significant drop off.
