my bad sodaks and 6mt! You know you love them though!

Here's the kicker. I came across these inspires for $39 shipped for everything.

Yes I actually did paint it myself (and failed miserably) once it gets beat up enough by rocks sand etc from the horrendous roads here I'll redo it all again. All the pics I show are of the "good" side LOL.

I bought four cans of paint and already had some clear coat so it was about $30 total and only used 1-3/4 cans of paint. But I had to drive around forever just to find an autozone that had the duplicolor that matched.

How did you come cross that price and how are you going to aim those? I mean you know you will have to pull the bumper off again.

Maybe its your pic but are they sitting flush? It was a bitch for me to cut first and then make em sit properly but I got it done

With the aim adjustment screw? LOL

Yeah they are flush. That first picture was taken for Sam and I had just thrown that one in there for the moment just to test fit.

Even if they don't aim right they still look sexy

dude I have that same pic on my phone just so I can send it to people when they want something haha!

if you work quick it takes about 5 mins for me to have the bumper AND headlights off. (Got really good at it doing retros) LOL

But yeah I feel ya, it is kind of a hassle.

Why do I need to pull the bumper off again? I drilled holes on the bottom where the adjustment screw is so all I gotta do is stick a long phillips head screwdriver in there and turn it.

Oh and about the price....I was just cruising eBay for a replacement set for my "OEM" ebay fogs and stumbled across these. I am still watching them on ebay from the same seller and they upped the price to $43 now. but still $43 for everything is STILL a good deal. Most are 80-95 bucks on there.

Love the update ... Your DIY painting of the front lip is motivation for me to paint my side skirts. Now I also need to scour the autoparts stores for the matching spray paint

Thanks a lot! Glad I can motivate you haha. I am planning on painting mine but at the same time don't see why cause mine aren't painted and no one can tell cause of the graphite color.

Not really a problem for me either but it just cold outside and I don't have a lot of room to spare in my garage so I prefer doing it with open garage door.

Clever of you!!! Didn't think of it. Does your brain work as good in College?

just wondering how the rep. lip holds on to the bumper. i know the OEM ones has brackets on the bottom for the clips to clip onto. do the reps have the same? or is it just the two screws on the side?

Get on'at Mike! I picked up my Graphite Dupli Perfect Match at AutoZone - used it on my retro and it truly does come out awesome, especially with 3-4 coats of clear.

Just a WAG but it's probably screws for the wheel well and the majority of it double-sided tape (which the OEM also includes)

HAHA MM49! Yeah sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. But when it comes to working with cars and trucks yes! Because I actually enjoy the challenge.

Yeah Graphite pearl = WINNING

My lip is held on by 6 screws and two pieces of 3M double sided tape

That dupli-color perfect match is the way to go if you're DIY
