I put Eiko clearvision in my 04 MDX (which I bought for the Accord) and I imagine the Philips are very good too. Frankly, if you have a great white halogen I would skip the HID-I am just a little leery of the aftmkt HIDs even though I was seriously considering them before i installed the Touring LEDs.

Here is a pic of my Eikos in the MDX. It is obvious which side is the Eiko. Not promoting Eiko, I imagine Philips would be similar.

I did not plan this but it was raining and the best demonstration of how much whiter and brighter the Eiko is shows up in the reflected light on the pavement.

I can't imagine the light output will be an adequate replacement for low beams. Fogs are fine since they do nothing anyway. They are cheap enough to take a risk of poor output, blinding other drivers, or terrible glare through the halogen projector that is not designed for LED-this is on the low beam. Again, the useless fog only needs a cheap LED bulb to look pretty.

You could be first and if it works you could do a great service here for others to follow.

yeah i was looking at them to fix the "ugly brown" of the DRL while still being able to run a full power light output on high beam. (hoping that even on low power they produce "white" light)

i've been trying to see if anyone has used these... anywhere. nothing yet.

i would use them on fogs but really want yellow down there. i wouldnt dare use these LEDs on my low beam lol

problem is, they dont come in the right size for our high beams

WOAH! Those look legit. Even the power rating makes sense. All the electronics it comes with. The large heatsink on the back end.

I am tempted to try this even though our fog light housing design S U C K S.

make sure you notice what bulb type is available. and only one color, its seems.
sure it would work on fogs, but i want yellow.
and with white they would be great for our DRL/hi-beams, but they dont come in the right bulb type : (
(yet?)
try them and post what you find, with pics!
i would but like i said above, just not what i need. though its so close...
