Hey guys. Well this is my first time buying a Honda and I gotta say I'm very impressed. Coming from 93 BMW 325i... to a 2009 Is250... this would be my 3rd car
![]() Anyway I got a couple quick questions. I use bluetooth Audio from my iphone 5 to stream music. Is there any way to search my artists/ music through the car? It seems like theres no way to do this I've tried just about everything. I have to select the album/song on my phone and then after it ends it goes to shuffle. ![]() Second question is just out of curiosity are there even any other forums for the 9th gen accord out there? Civic's have a million forums and it seems like we only got 1 legit one |

Hey Andy, welcome!
Someone with more knowledge can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think when streaming using bluetooth the only way to search tracks is on the phone itself. For full search capability, plug in your phone using the USB port. Welcome to the Accord club!

I believe casmith07 is correct. I'm only able to change by artist/album through the car when I'm plugged up via USB.
Maybe you can change album/artist with the voice command? I'm already 1000+ miles into my car and haven't even bothered with the voice command system yet. Only once, actually, to try to change the temperature and it just called my friend on my phone. As Clarkson would say: complete, and total disobedience. |

There is a way to search through your playlists, artists, etc.. I believe you have to press menu and it should be somewhere there. Correct me if im wrong but i know there is a way to do it because i've done it before.

I might go out and try and figure this out. Reason being is I'm considering picking up a new 64GB iPod Touch and would be able to update the iPod using WiFi sync while it's in the arm rest in the car in the garage.

many of us have done exactly what you are thinking and it's the best fidelity of all the sources. Get a ipod and keep it connected with a small 6 inch USB cord. Then you run do everything from the honda display. It will not search by alpha when moving though...fidelity is substantially better than BT streaming...
