Old Mikes EXLV6 at dealer 4PM pickup

Black/Ivory Sedan EX-L V6
I wanted white, wife wanted black. I bought the crystal seal hopefully that helps with the salt from the roads. Will let you know how my check list goes.
Will do good test drive,my list is about 3/4 page long, with such things as check for trans leaks, raspy idle, grinding start, ect.

Nice color combo. I have white/tan. Make sure you test the passenger seat comfort. Something we neglected. I would have still bought it, but the bottom front edge is angled down, low, and non adjustable. OK for short trips but poor on long ones.

Driving to Niagra Falls both wifey and I found the comfort to be poor. Driver's side was fine. I have elevated mine a bit with washers and may need more modification depending on how it is on the next road trip.

The car is so good everywhere else.

Anybody think raising the seat with a little extra padding would help? It should be a reasonably cheap upgrade from leather shop that does seat upgrades.

Really nice,I took long test drive at 70 at times, little to no wind noise, cant really feel vcm, downshifts seem fine, fit finish ok,radio works ok sounds ok. Checked engine noise at idle, looked for trans leaks, paint ok inside seems ok. Fast, beautiful, picked up salt on test drive, all cameras work. Lights at night ok.
So far so good,I bought the extended warranty at Saccucci's price.
Wanted to say thanks to all on this site.

I agree the passenger seat bottom angle is annoying. Honda could have done a much better job with it. A proper power seat would have been good but, absent that, increasing the front/decreasing the rear cushion height will work.

Thanks guys, I do find that for me the headlight cutoff is too sharp and I would like it a little higher. Might be worse than my TL with HID's. High beams are good.
Otherwise so far so good.
Will do Glen, thats my son's name except with two N's.
My vin is over 22000,it was made Jan 23 or so.Seems i4 and v6 vins are different, the i4's are over 100,000.

Monday drove to work in 2010 escape,on one stretch I go up a black top road that had been stoned about a month ago. For some reason had the radio off,and I noticed wow this road is really loud.
Went same road today,in the accord same speed radio off, much much quieter, than the escape. Sure the tires are different but the accord I thought
was really quiet on this road.
Another thing I noticed at say 50mhp if I punch it,torque steer, did not think I would get it at that speed, believe I even had eco on.
Lots of power in this engine.
Just some random observations, wife also likes the car.
Also put a picture in the sticky picture thread, not that another is needed, but it does have great shine.
Check the reflection in the hood.
FYI Old Mike

I have the same car and feel it looks very classy in this combo but I have say that Honda's paint IMO is not the best. The white has a milky look to it where as my 10 Subaru in white has more of a luster otherwise it is a quality car.
