my accord 09 start using oil

hi i have honda accord lx 09 I changed oil every 4,5-5k miles and never had to add oil until my next change, i change oil at dealer each time and they use honda semi syntetic oil i was told by service guy. this time i use mobil 1 full syntetic oil, in honda service i was told it is ok to use this oil. anyway after I swich to mobil 1 full syntetic my honda start use oil, should i go back to semi syntetic?
