cleared headlights

hey guys, i have a week before school starts, so i'm thinking of doing all my mods to my car now. i was just wondering if anyone knows how to remove headlights? i know you have to remove the bumper, but when i was installing my CAI it didn't come off fully. i'm thinking of clearing my headlights. does anyone have diagrams or something? thanks!

What does it mean to clear your headlights? Do you mean removing the amber reflector? If so, then I think that's illegal in the U.S., as I believe the DOT requires that an amber reflector be visible when the car is viewed from the side.

yeah, it's illegal, and an excuse for cops to pull you over, but so is my grille light and that didn't stop me

another option would be to keep the amber and just use high-heat paint and paint it so that it has black housing, the more legal way
