Squeaking sound when turning steering wheel

I just noticed tonight now that the temperature has dropped to the freezing point that on my sister’s Accord that when you turn the steering wheel you get a squeaking noise. It goes away as the car warms up. I’ve checked the power steering fluid and it is full. Has anyone else noticed this problem? The noise is similar to something that would occur when a CV boot has lost its grease on an older mileage car.
