My Baby! - 2008 Accord V6

This is her and we're still in the honeymoon.

I picked this one up in July and got a new GF in September. For one of them, the honeymoon is already over.

Nice coupe! I'm not a fan of the BSM or moonroof visor, but other than that it looks on-point! The HFP wheels and kit look really nice with the belize blue color. Enjoy it!

Thanks

I faxed a list of features to to a (FOAF) dealer. The list had some "must haves", a few "nice to haves" and two or three "kinda cool but not really necessary" things; about a dozen items in all. He called me back two hours later to tell me that he had the car on the lot. The sales manager had won it as a perk and had only put about 300 miles on it. I had to buy it.

I'm not a great fan of the visor either, since it negates the tip up feature of the sunroof however, it's one little thing that sets mine apart from the two or three others I've seen on the road. That and the 19" HFP rims. I'm diggin' those quite a bit.

{ETA}The ground effects are being very well-received.

Very nice. Again, the moonroof visor is a bit of an eyesore, but what a beautiful color your car is! My royal blue pearl can only look like that in direct sunlight on a perfectly clear day.

very hot lookin coupe! I dont mind the BSM but i would def ditch the roof visor since it will inevitably scratch the roof with time

I have not lowered it, but may consider that for springtime mods. It's going to the storage facility in about 10 days and once it comes out, the first two modded items will likely be the sound system and the pipes.

Last time I was at the dealership, I saw a promo poster that looked like my car. Someone here is using the same image as an avatar. I was hoping to find a hi-res version to use as the desktop on my PC. Any suggestions?

Good choice of color and nice looking car. I bought the same color and the belize blue really brings out the Accords good looking body and curves. You also don't seem to see a lot in the road and I always get compliments from people in the road. No offense but I am not a big fan on the Honda Factory Kit but as long your happy with then it is all good.

The commentary in this thread makes me giggle. Not that I ever asked for an opinion in the first place, but I'm just a bit curious about how the same commentators feel about BSM in red or white.

Well, I was going to post a positive comment.

Whenever you post pictures, you are ASKING for opinions. If you didn't want any, then why did you even post pictures? Just keep them to yourself and delete this post. This quote made ME laugh.

On another note, I'm not much of a fan of the HFP 19's, but I hadn't seen the BBP with the HFP 19's. Now that I see it, I definitely think that the two colors together look AMAZING.

After lurking for a month, I know what the presence of the post means. My observation is still valid, so call it an opinion on an opinion, if you will.

The post and the BSM will be around for quite some time. On the latter, there's only one opinion that matters.

BTW Viper, you have the avatar I was looking for!
