if you are referring to the fuse under the hood, than yes and its not there lol, that is due to the wiring modification to get the fogs to run with the parkers..now if the two relays i have have fuses built in to them than i need to check those but unfortunately because i had a shop do it i cannot find them, .. i am just hoping there is not a short somewhere ... i don't think there is one but is there another fuse on the interior driver side panel for fogs? I am pretty sure the way the shop wired them was to the parkers themselves so there is always power running to the fogs (i used to be able to alarm my car and the fogs with the lights flashed) ...

I could but they really didn't know what
they were doing to begin with even
though they got them to work and it
lasted as long as it did (almost a year)

So the parking lights still work?

I'm sticking with a non-modded stock harness when I install my fogs. I'm afraid I'd mess something up if I try to change things.

Id guess relays if there really isnt a fuse. However, anyone worth anything in electronics should have put an inline fuse in place. Time to get out the multimeter.

Actually that's good because I believe it narrows the problem down to the wiring that was added by the installer. Try to trace the wires back from the lights to see if they put in a fuse.

Good luck!

Bulbs look fine, although they are so sealed up in there that i couldn't take em out, but they don't look blown ... I agree there has to be a fuse somewhere and i can't find it for the life of me, i looked it over today, DRL fuse is fine though, ... i'm wondering if i go to Honda to get my oil done (which is overdue) if they would be able to fix it ...

by chance I actually found the relay under the intake box
and had it tested and turns out the relay was bad, so now just have to replace that
and do some new taping up of the wires ..
