I have a rattle in my car that I believe is caused by this amp. Another user had the same issue. I've had it checked out at two dealers but they were not able to replicate the noise, and so did nothing to resolve the problem. Is a rattle/buzz caused by the amp a known issue that Honda has documentation on?

that other user was me
 I wrote a thread on it awhile back. easy test is to simply rip the amp out with the instructions provided.. rattle gone = problem solved.. take it to the dealer and get a new amp. dealer was able to confirm the rattle on mine and then i showed them by tapping on the amp or even below it would cause the buzzing/rattle sound..
