Clifford 50.7x or Viper 5901 Remote Start/ Security

I was thinking about getting a remote start/ alarm system for my car.
Which of the two do you think is better?

I'd go with the Viper if I had to choose, and reading those reviews..I barely saw any flaws. lol

If I am not mistaken, the clifford and viper alarms are made by the same parent company. I have last years version of the clifford system since jan and have had no problems with it.

They are both DEI products... so I would just go with whatever is cheaper... CompuStar seems pretty sick... I'm waiting to finish school and get hired on as an RN somewhere before I sink money into a good CompuStar alarm

how are the compuStars compared to the other two?

I was looking on amazon and they are both the same price. Haha
That was what made my decision harder.

One more question:
Where is the best place to get it installed?
My parents had their lexus installed in at a cheap place and it has been giving the car some problems.
I don't want any problems with my car with the remote start/ car alarm

try this website for alarms. great prices hookedontronics.com ive ordered stuff with free shipping... the viper is on here for cheaper. just helping... but on choices i know compustar is no where compared to the viper and clifford. viper is the main company just different from the pager cover... they still work the same
