I'm going to be getting a 2010 EXLV6 sedan, Black, sometime this month. Will the CF wing fit this model? I can't really determine this even though I have read through all the postings on this several times. Are people painting the CF or leaving it "natural"? Any progress on that roof wing that was spoken about earlier??

It will fit your model, and most people paint it to match oem color. If you're a fan of leaving it natural go for it!

Hey Eric, thanks for the interest. First of all I want to welcome you to DA.net! Hope your Accord purchase will go well. What a great choice in a first mod for your future Accord, plus a first post on the forum!

Yes it will fit as the 8th generation Accord's body style have not changed since its inception in 2008. Most people who buy CF parts like the lightness and the visual appeal of CF so many of them do not paint over the finish.

You can paint it black but it needs to be primered properly as they do come in shiney clear coat. It would make more financial sense and save you more money if you buy the FRP spoiler to paint instead. The CF is a bit lighter than FRP if you find that more important. It is a clean, snug fit just like the JDM Inspire from the factory. It is a sign of the quality reproduction of how it is just like the original.

People can install it a millimeter or two higher if they want.

Oh, 1mm higher than I go on it. I just thought it was weird it was eating the H emblem aliveeeee. >>
