FS: '04-'07 Accord Gray Q-logic Kick panels and Alpine Type R Component Speakers

These are used Q-logic q-form kick panels for 7th gen accords.

I had installed alpine 5.25" type R component speakers. Sounds considerably better than with door speakers aimed at your legs. The kick panels are very clean, and I have the mounting hardware for relocating the hood release (very simple). The speakers perform wonderfully. I used them very gently One tab is missing from one of the speakers (see photo), but not noticeable with the speaker grill on. Also, I simply used hot glue to mount the tweeter in place, that will likely have to be done once more when you take possession. I took the speakers out thinking I would reuse them in a different car, but if you'd like to take them with the kickpanels I'm certainly willing to sell them.

These are located in Houston.

I am asking $175 shipped for the kickpanels and speakers. $100 shipped for just the kickpanels. PM me with any questions or offers.

Here's what it looks like installed. You have to remove the dead pedal on the drivers side.

Any chance the speakers will fit in the doors?

Sure, but not without some custom work. You'll have to build an adapter for the 5.25" woofer, then cut a hole somewhere in the door panel to mount the tweeter. You're probably better off with just using the kick panels.

These kick panels came with a bracket to move the hood release back a few inches. It does not require any other hardware, it's very simple. You take the hood release off with two bolts, stick the bracket in the spot the hood release was in, then remount the hood release on the supplied bracket. It only relocates it down about 2" or so. You can't see it in the picture above because the steering wheel is in the way, but it stays right on the kick panel (you can see the cut-out for it in the first picture above).

You do have to remove the dead pedal, as it would otherwise interfere with the speaker. That is mounted with a couple 10mm bolts if memory serves. I was able to replace it when I removed these kick panels from my car.
