Infiniti G37 wheels and tires

First time post. Thank You all of the good info. Just a quick question about these wheels. Does anyone know what the offests are and widths? And what is a good price for a set of them with good to ok tires?

I would not call it "pathetic," just looks OEM nice. Agree, 18" or even 19" will make one feel like they spent their money on something "aftermarket" and not OEM, even if it cost more for the bigger wheel + tires.
