Kumho makes a great tire. I have had the Kumho Solus KH16's and now I have the Kumho Ecsta 4X Z rated tires on my honda. Amazing tires for a lot less money

Michelin Primacy or Harmony. Can't remember which. I do know it's the one with the lower speed rating and higher treadwear index.

I found the Goodyear Assurance Triple Tred better then Michelin that first came with my 06 Accord. The Michelin were great in the summer for traction except in water which caused hydroplane on the highway and not good in snow.
The Goodyear tires were rated by Tirerack as great for dry traction of 9.1 and for channeling away the water on the highway rated at 8.9 and with a decent traction in deep snow of 7.5 . I'm from the great White North, Canada.

I have the Michelin Primacy MXV4. Not much road noise, but not ultra quiet too. I remember the Michelin X-one back in the late 90's on my old Accord. Those were super quiet! The MXV4 is horrible on snow. Trust me, you don't want to get caught up hill on a traffic light trying to get going. It just won't go anywhere! The trick is to turn off the traction control and start the automatic transmission in 2nd gear. Still, it may take some effort to get going. But the MXV4 is great in the rain. They grip like nothing else out there. I am close to 100k with them and don't see any signs of wear, but just to be safe after 5 years its time to replace them I guess. I'll still get the MXV4 but I am thinking of going back to the OEM Bridgestone Turanza Tire EL41, simply because they were a lot more quiet than the MXV4. Problem with the Turanza is that the didn't last too long. 3 years around 70k km and they were gone!

Im getting general gmax as-03 installed in about 2 hours ill let you know how they feel if anyone is interested, not sure if they have them in your size but according to tire rack the michelins are expensive and underperform for the models I was looking at. I was split between the gmax and the kumho ecsta 4x that are about neck and neck in the dry but I went for the gmax due to superior wet performance. Will be under 630 for 4 ultra high performance Z rated tires Including discount tires lifetime replacement/mounting and. balancing. The nice thing about discount is that their tire replacement deal doesn't require you to send it back where tire racks does so count on another 20 for shipping.

Just like I posted before-it depends on the specifc tire (no matter what brand it is) that fits YOUR car, not ANY tire made by a specific manufacturer. I'm sure Toyo makes some very good tires, but I bet they have their share of stinkers too. Search the Internet and see what others say about specific Toyo tires. Too bad Tire Rack doesn't sell them or you could do research about them on their site.
