09AccordLX-P -Can you elaborate on what you mean by load one of the installation pdfs to access the service newsletters?

I found on honda online website where you can download one of the installation pdf's and downloaded it, then, immediately went to open the june '11 service newsletter and still received the access denied message.

Any ideas?

Not sure what to tell you, once you load one of the eStore installation pdf's it should work.
Just now, I was able to get both June & July (using Firefox 6.0.2).

Do you have cookies enabled?

I use Firefox v6.0 and I adjusted the cookies to allow them all, and, that did the trick. Thanks...

I have been able to get all HSN bulletins (2006 - October 2011) except for July 2011. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I could obtain that one? I don't see November 2011 either.

Works for me (I have both July and November of 2011). Note that you have to wait until the next month, to get the current months service bulletin, in other words it takes a while.

Well, for whatever reason, I can't seem to get back in to see any of the HSN bulletins. Must have held my tongue just right the other day because I was able to get in and see pretty much everything.

Today.. back to the deny page.
