HID Conversion Kit
Hi,
I plan on installing the plug and play HID kits into my 2002 Accord 3.0 V6. Any recommendations? I know that it is not legal to do so, so what should I go for? I don't know much about HID's and it would be great if somebody could help! Explain it to me as if I were a noob. |

For the color. 4300k. I wouldn't go higher than 6000k hids though. The colors above that will attract unwanted attention.
I'll let others comment on their usefulness and whatever anyone else wants to say.

I got mine from eBay almost a year ago and they are pretty damn good considering they are one of the cheapest available for only 32 bucks. I bought the Xentec 6000k, never had a problem with them and they look awesome. But yeah i agree, you shouldn't go above 6000k, you'll be sacrificing visibility and looking to get pulled over.

I did a DIY on how to install them last year. I got my HIDs from a site called thirdgp.com.

Thanks for all the replies! I went ahead and bought my self a pair of HIDs - 6000k.
The bulb size is 9006 but it won't fit. Just to confirm, the low beam is towards the corners right? |

From the grille, it goes: highs, lows, side marker (orange). There is one small bulb directly below the highs, but that's part of the side marker as well.
