i bought a pair of red emblems in late February from him and they were c- grade for the price, just not on point. cracks in the chrome and the red was not so solid. i sent them back he gave me a refund of $30 when the item was $70ish. he said for my troubles he would give me new ones for free when new shipments arrived at the end of March. so i waited and asked him at the end of march, he then replied that they just came in and he just sent them out. alittle over 2 weeks later i asked why shipping was so long. he then said quote....
sorry we are currently out stock on the emblems at this moment. we are expecting them to arrive by end of May. thank you

File a paypal claim (im assuming this is how u paid). I do ALOT of ebay sales & buying. The paypal protection has always taken care of me. Then leave neg fb. I just looked at ur link briefly, and saw that the first few fbs were nuetrals at best. Just make sure & check the sellers fbs before buying in the future. I myself (dbcooper748) have 1136 stars w/100% fbs. I hate this a-hole gives good ebayers like the rest of us a bad name

No worries friend. I actually have nothing for sale at the moment, & figured id save u some time looking at my stuff (or lack there of right now). I do appretiate it tho. Also, just a heads up, while the paypal protection is very,effective, it sometimes will take a lil time,for them to go,thru,all the steps. Be patient tho, as over the last,few years especially, their claim process really favors the buyers. Also, dont be afraid of negative retalitory feedback, as ebay recently made it where sellers cannot even,give negs to buyers.
