Request the "Stop the Stank" thread be stickied.

In my opinion, the "Stop the Stank Before it Starts" thread in the maintenance and detailing forum should be stickied. Here's why:

1. Readers are requesting that it be stickied.
2. It has apparently helped lots of people
3. It's about a topic that will continue to be raised.
4. Numerous automotive forums have threads that link to it.
5. It's been read almost 13,000 times since it was posted.
6. It is my best contribution so far to DA.
