Transmission, Reverse to Drive Clunk
Hi, My 09 LS-X I-4 ( automatic) is making a " clunking " noise when I shift from R to D and haven't come to a complete stop. I did a search on
" Transmission Clunk " and come up with nothing. Honda said it was beraring banging together and I just need to come to a complete stop before shifting from R to D... Any thoughts?

Come to a complete stop, unless you want to damage your transmission/drive train.
super old thread where someone asked the same question. |
